We are Baltimore’s premier forum for the discussion of foreign affairs. We are a non-partisan non-profit organization dedicated to community education in foreign affairs. We welcome all those who are interested in participating in this discussion.

The Distinguished Speakers Program Series
The Distinguished Speakers Program is the Council's core program. On average, the Council hosts 16 distinguished guests to address Council members and guests of the Council on foreign policy matters of serious import to the United States. Cable Television Outreach
The Council shares each of these programs with the general public via its cable television "network", which covers much of Maryland and parts of southern Pennsylvania. Educational Conferences
The Council also holds annual American foreign policy conferences for Maryland college faculty and students as well as for secondary school social studies teachers and students. More information on our next program may be found through the Educational Conferences link to the right of this page.

Library
The Council also maintains an audiovisual library with videocassettes and DVDs of our programs from 1980 to the present. For more information on our collection, please click on the Tape Library link to the right of this page.
