Membership is open to all citizens. Dues are kept modest to encourage participation. All programs and the receptions which precede them are free to members. To become a member, merely mail a check to the Baltimore Council on Foreign Affairs. Please enclose your name, address, and telephone number with your check; and your occupation, if you would like. Your membership will run for a full year from the date that your check is received.
Of course, contributing memberships are appreciated and are very important to the financial well-being of the Council. Contributors are thanked by being given invitations to the small Leadership Dinners with our speakers that follow each program. Members at the Contributor level are invited to three dinners a year; Sustainers to a majority of the dinners; and Sponsors and above to all of the dinners.

Contributions in excess of $60 for an Individual and $90 for a Husband and Wife are tax deductible.
Corporate and Organizational Memberships
The support of Corporate and Organizational members is absolutely essential to the well-being of the Council and is deeply appreciated.
Depending on the level of support, a varying number of individuals are included in the membership. Each member receives invitations to all of the small Leadership Dinners honoring our speakers; and guest privileges. The dinners allow for an informal conversation and an off-the-record Q & A period.
To become a corporate member, simply send a check with your name and the name of your corporation. If you would like further information, the Council's president, Frank A.
