The Programming and Events Coordinator plays a key role in planning and executing successful
events, managing programming, and handling ad hoc activities for the organization. This
position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a
dynamic environment.

The five core responsibilities are: Event Planning and Execution; Digital and Promotional
Material Development; Communication and Outreach; Collaboration and Team Coordination;
Ad Hoc Support and Project Management. 

Qualifications:

  1. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Proficiency in graphic design tools and event management platforms.
  4. Experience with website management is a plus.
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
