Ukraine forces kill 790 Russian troops in 24-hour period

Three hundred and sixty -fifths of the russian large -scale invasion are ongoing.

The main efforts of the russian federation focuses on the offensive actions in Kupyansk, Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka and Shakhtarsk. There are no changes in the composition and position of enemy troops.

To clarify the position of our units and adjust the artillery fire, the enemy actively conducts air intelligence. As a result, he loses the technique: our defenders have destroyed russian UAVs of the Merlin and Hall.

During the day, russian invaders have struck 9 rocket strokes, one of which is a two -year civilian administrative building in Kharkiv, and 28 aircraft blows. More than 40 shellings of rocket launchers were made. As a result, civilian objects of Berislav, Zelenivka and Belozerki in Kherson region were injured.

There are killed and injured among civilians.

In the Volyn, Polissya, Siverskyi and Slobozhanskyi directions, the operational situation without significant changes. No signs of formation of offensive groups of the enemy were detected.

During the day, the enemy carried out mortar and artillery shelling of the settlements of Medvedivka and Mikhalchina Sloboda of Chernihiv region; Sopich, Korenok, slides, boyars-lasaches, Ryzhivka, Aquarius, Basivka and Mayska Sumy region, as well as 15 districts of settlements in Kharkiv region. In particular, Granov, Krasnoy, Morokhovets, Green, Vilchi, Nonterony, Budar, well, two -year and western.

In Kupyansk and Liman directions, the enemy took several unsuccessful offensive actions in the Stelmachivka, Bigorivka, Serebryansky forestry and Fedorovka areas. Carried out artillery shelling of districts of settlements of Gryanykivka, Berestovo of Kharkiv region; Chervonopopivka, Nevsky, Dibrova, Serebryansk Forestry and Bigorivka in Luhansk region; Grigorivka, controversial, Berestovo, Rozdolivka and Fedorivka of Donetsk region. He caused aviation strikes near Gryanivka, Kotlyarivka, Starch in Kharkiv and Serebryansky Forestry and Bigorivka in Luhansk region, as well as Sakko-Witzetti of Donetsk region.

In the Bakhmut direction, the enemy continues to attack the positions of our troops near Ivanovsky, Diliyivka and Bakhmut. 13 settlements, in particular, Vasyukivka, Zaliznyanske, Berkhivka, Dubovo-Vasylivka, Bakhmut, Ivanivske, Kingivka, Kurdyumivka, Pazarivka and Friendship of Donetsk region, have been shelling. The invaders struck the army aviation in the Vasyukivka area.

In the Avdiivka and Shakhtarsk directions, the enemy was on the offensive near Kamianka, Vodyany, Marinka, Viceda and Novomikhailivka – there was no success. About 15 settlements have come under artillery shelling. Among them are Novobakhmutivka, Avdiivka, Water, Vesele, Krasnogorivka, St. George, Marinka, Neskachny, Village, Harledar, Golden Niva and Greater Novosilka.

In the Zaporizhzhya direction of fire damage, districts of 20 settlements suffered. Among them – Vremivka, Novopoil of Donetsk region; Malynivka, Gulyaipole, Belogorye, Little Tokmachka, Novoandriivka, Mali Shcherbaki, Zaporizhzhya region and higher -highlands, good hope and manganese – Dnipropetrovsk.

In the Kherson direction from the artillery fire of the russian occupation troops, in particular, Kachkarivka, Cossack, Lviv, Ivanivka, Mykyl, Molodizhne, Zelenivka, Antonovka, Belozerka and Dniprovsk Kherson region were injured. And in total, districts of 25 settlements.

The enemy continues to suffer losses. Thus, in Donetsk, on the night of February 21 to 22, the arrival at the trauma center 6 ambulances with wounded military personnel of russian occupation troops was noted.

In Melitopol of Zaporizhzhya region, in a local school, for children from all over the city, it is planned to take the oath of “Yunarmians” on a “voluntary basis”. Also, on the basis of the said educational institution it is planned to form the so -called “Overaysk Corps of Savior”.

The invaders causing the humanitarian crisis in the occupied Mariupol, they tend the local population for food rations to be involved in the equipment of positions around this city. The payment of the specified labor activity is not determined. Most people only receive food kits.

Aviation of defense forces per day made 14 beats in the areas of concentration of personnel and military equipment of the invaders, as well as 4 strokes on the positions of anti-aircraft missile complexes. And our rocket launchers and artillerymen struck 
3 areas of concentration of live strength and each other important object of the enemy.

Forced displacement represents one of the most pressing humanitarian issues of our time. Individuals and families, torn from the fabric of their communities, find themselves navigating a world of uncertainty, often without basic necessities or a clear path to safety. There are currently some 110 million forced displaced, and this number is growing by 10 million each year!

At the heart of this crisis are the political triggers. Armed conflicts, ethnic or religious persecutions, and systemic human rights abuses force millions to flee their homes in terror. If these factors change as a result of political shifts at home or the pressures from abroad, they can return to their homes. Forced displacement is thus different from environmentally driven displacement, as victims of climate change may never be able to return to their homes.

The ramifications of any sort of displacement are profound, not just for those directly affected, but also for host communities and countries. Overburdened infrastructures, socio-economic strains, and cultural tensions can arise, necessitating comprehensive strategies to foster harmony and integration. Yet the root causes of forced displacement can be remedied with a concerted focus by local players and international diplomacy.

Organizations like Refugees International play a crucial role in this arena, advocating for the rights and needs of the displaced, conducting on-the-ground assessments, and influencing policymakers to take informed actions. Their relentless work underscores the gravity of the situation and the urgency ofinternational cooperation. But they, too, are overwhelmed by the rapid expansion of the crisis.

International Humanitarian Law (IHL), with its core principles centered on the protection of civilians during conflicts, plays a pivotal role in this discourse. Yet, despite clear legal frameworks, compliance remains
inconsistent. This initiative emphasizes the importance of upholding and reinforcing these international standards.

It’s not just about recognizing the problem; it’s about active engagement. We urge governments, organizations, and individuals to prioritize the rights and needs of the forced displaced. Through collective efforts, informed policies, and sustained advocacy, we can shift the narrative from passive acknowledgment to proactive intervention.
