💥 In response to the terrorist attacks launched by Ukraine against civilian facilities on the territory of Russia, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation launched a massive strike with long-range air-, sea-, and ground-based high-precision weapons, as well as attack UAVs against the Ukrainian defence industry enterprises and energy infrastructure that supports their work, and military airfields.

✅ The targets were defeated, all the assigned facilities were neutralised.

💥 Sever Group’s units inflicted fire damage on formations of two mechanised brigades and one assault regiment of the AFU near Pavlovka, Andreyevka, and Kondratovka (Sumy region).

💥 In Kharkov direction, units of one motorised infantry brigade and one territorial defence brigade of the AFU have been hit close to Volchansk and Volchanskiye Khutora (Kharkov region).

▪️ The AFU lost more than 220 troops, two tanks, one armoured personnel carrier, 13 motor vehicles, and three artillery guns. An electronic warfare station, as well as an ammunition depot, were neutralised.

🚩 As a result of resolute actions, units of the Zapad Group of Forces liberated Sadovoye (Kharkov region).

💥 Russian troops inflicted fire damage on manpower and hardware of two mechanised brigades, one airmobile brigade, one assault brigade of the AFU and one territorial defence brigade have been hit near Kucherovka, Kovsharovka, Kurilovka (Kharkov region), Krasny Liman and Drobyshevo (Donetsk People’s Republic).

❗️ Two attempts of the 92nd Assault Brigade of the AFU to conduct counter-attacks from Petrovka (Kharkov region) to unblock enemy units have been thwarted. In addition, an assault group of the 144th Mechanised Brigade of the AFU, attempting to regain control over the Oskol River crossing site near Sadovoye (Kharkov region), was neutralised.

➡️ Units of the 1st Tank Army continue to mop up Petropavlovka and Kurilovka (Kharkov region) from the enemy groups.

▫️ At the south-eastern edge of Petropavlovka (Kharkov region), 12 servicemen of the 14th Brigade of the AFU attempted to surrender, the enemy eliminated nine of them with FPV drones, and three militants managed to get to a shelter.

▪️ In the past 24 hours, up to 50 AFU servicemen and six units of military hardware, including one self-propelled artillery system and two pickup trucks, have been neutralised close to Kupyansk (Kharkov region).

In total, up to 230 troops, three armoured vehicles, 23 motor vehicles, and two field artillery guns have been neutralised in the Zapad Group’s area of responsibility. One U.S.-made AN/TPQ-50 counter-fire radar, five electronic warfare stations, and four ammunition depots were destroyed.

📍 Units of the Yug Group of Forces took more advantageous lines and positions. Losses were inflicted on formations of two mechanised brigades, one airmobile brigade, one mountain assault brigade of the AFU, and one marine brigade close to Platonovka, Seversk, Zakotnoye, Dronovka, and Petrovskoye (Donetsk People’s Republic).

▪️ The AFU losses amounted to up to 180 troops, three armoured fighting vehicles, 22 motor vehicles, one Grad MLRS vehicle, and four field artillery guns. Also, one U.S.-made AN/TPQ-36 counter-fire radar, two electronic warfare stations, one ammunition depot, and two materiel depots were eliminated.

Units of the Tsentr Group of Forces improved the situation along the front line. Russian troops engaged manpower and hardware of three mechanised brigades, one airmobile brigade, two assault brigades, two assault regiments of the AFU, one marine brigade, two territorial defence brigades, and one national guard brigade close to Novopodgorodnoye, Lozovoye, Ivanovka, Novopavlovka (Dnepropetrovsk region), Dobropolye, Rodinskoye, Toretskoye, Novonikolayevka, and Belitskoye (Donetsk People’s Republic).

💥 In Krasnoarmeysk (Donetsk People’s Republic), assault detachments of the 2nd Army continue to destroy enemy encircled units close to the railway station. Moreover, Russian troops continue mopping up the territory of Gnatovka (Donetsk People’s Republic).

▫️ Nine enemy attempts to attack Russian positions and break out of the encirclement in the northern and north-western directions have been thwarted, as well as another attempt to unblock an AFU group from the direction of Grishino (Donetsk People’s Republic) has been thwarted.

➡️ The units of the 5th Motorised Rifle Brigade of the 51st Army continued to tighten encirclement around the enemy from the east, expanding the control zone in the northern and south-eastern parts of Dimitrov (Donetsk People’s Republic).

▪️ During the day, more than 180 Ukrainian servicemen, one armoured fighting vehicle, and two pickup trucks have been neutralised in this area.

▪️ In total, up to 510 troops, one Bucephalus armoured personnel carrier, two armoured vehicles, three pickup trucks, and one field artillery gun were neutralised in the Tsentr Group’s area of responsibility.

🚩 Units of the Vostok Group of Forces continued to advance to the depths of the enemy’s defence and liberated Krasnogorskoye (Zaporozhye region).

💥 Troops of two mechanised brigades, two assault regiments of the AFU, and one territorial defence brigade have been hit near Danilovka, Nechayevka (Dnepropetrovsk region), Veseloye, Sladkoye, Novoye and Uspenovka (Zaporozhye region).

▪️ Up to 265 troops, one armoured fighting vehicle, 19 motor vehicles, one U.S.-made 155-mm M777 howitzer, and one 122-mm D-30 howitzer have been neutralised.

💥 Dnepr Group’s units inflicted losses on manpower and hardware of one mechanised brigade and one coastal defence brigade of the AFU near Antonovka (Kherson region), Orekhov and Preobrazhenka (Zaporozhye region).

▪️ Up to 80 troops, two artillery guns, 13 motor vehicles, four electronic warfare stations, and one ammunition depot were neutralised.

✈️ Operational-Tactical aviation, attack drones, missile troops, and artillery of the groups’ forces of the Russian Federation have inflicted damage on the assembly and storage areas of long-range attack UAVs, railway infrastructure facilities used for the interests of the AFU, depots of missile and artillery weapons, as well as temporary deployment areas of the Ukrainian armed formations in 142 areas.

🎯 Air defence systems shot down eight guided aerial bombs, three HIMARS MLRS projectiles, and 192 fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles.

📊  In total, since the beginning of the special military operation, the enemy has lost:

▫️ 93,479 unmanned aerial vehicles,

▫️ 633 anti-aircraft missile systems,

▫️ 25,753 tanks and other armoured fighting vehicles,

▫️ 45,303 units of support military vehicles.

Forced displacement represents one of the most pressing humanitarian issues of our time. Individuals and families, torn from the fabric of their communities, find themselves navigating a world of uncertainty, often without basic necessities or a clear path to safety. There are currently some 110 million forced displaced, and this number is growing by 10 million each year!

At the heart of this crisis are the political triggers. Armed conflicts, ethnic or religious persecutions, and systemic human rights abuses force millions to flee their homes in terror. Many are displaced within their own national boundaries, while others seek asylum abroad. If these factors change as a result of political shifts at home or the pressures from abroad, they can return to their homes. Forced displacement is thus different from environmentally driven displacement, as victims of climate change may never be able to return to their homes.

The ramifications of any sort of displacement are profound, not just for those directly affected, but also for host communities and countries. Overburdened infrastructures, socio-economic strains, and cultural tensions can arise, necessitating comprehensive strategies to foster harmony and integration. Yet the root causes of forced displacement can be remedied with a concerted focus by local players and international diplomacy.

Organizations like Refugees International play a crucial role in this arena, advocating for the rights and needs of the displaced, conducting on-the-ground assessments, and influencing policymakers to take informed actions. Their relentless work underscores the gravity of the situation and the urgency ofinternational cooperation. But they, too, are overwhelmed by the rapid expansion of the crisis.

International Humanitarian Law (IHL), with its core principles centered on the protection of civilians during conflicts, plays a pivotal role in this discourse. Yet, despite clear legal frameworks, compliance remains
inconsistent. This initiative emphasizes the importance of upholding and reinforcing these international standards.

It’s not just about recognizing the problem; it’s about active engagement. We urge governments, organizations, and individuals to prioritize the rights and needs of the forced displaced. Through collective efforts, informed policies, and sustained advocacy, we can shift the narrative from passive acknowledgment to proactive intervention.
