Russian Defence Ministry on progress of special military operation as of 7–13 February 2026
In response to the terrorist attacks launched by Ukraine against civilian objects in the territory of the Russian Federation, from 7 to 13 February the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation carried out one massive and six group strikes, which hit enterprises of the Ukrainian defence industry, energy, fuel and transport infrastructure facilities used for the interests of the AFU, military hardware and missile and artillery weapons depots, military airfields, production, storage and launch sites of attack unmanned aerial vehicles, as well as temporary deployment points of Ukrainian armed formations and foreign mercenaries.
During the week, as a result of intensive offensive actions of the Sever Group of Forces units, the settlements of Chugunovka (Kharkov region) and Sidorovka (Sumy region) have been liberated.
Three mechanised brigades, two motorised infantry brigades, one airmobile brigade, two assault regiments of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, two territorial defence brigades, and three border detachments of the Ukrainian border service were hit.
In total, in the area of responsibility of the Sever Group of Forces, the enemy has lost more than 1,425 troops, six armoured fighting vehicles, 81 motor vehicles, 12 field artillery guns, one Grad MLRS and one Czech-made Vampire MLRS. Two electronic warfare stations, as well as 45 ammunition and materiel depots, were neutralised.
Over the past week, as a result of resolute actions, units of the Zapad Group of Forces established control over Glushkovka in Kharkov region.
Russian units hit manpower and hardware of four mechanised brigades, one airmobile brigade, one UAV brigade, one security brigade of the General Staff of the AFU, one territorial defence brigade, and one national guard brigade.
The AFU losses in this direction amounted to more than 1,130 troops, one tank, eight armoured fighting vehicles, 106 motor vehicles, and 10 field artillery guns. Thirty ammunition and materiel depots were eliminated.
The Yug Group of Forces improved the tactical situation along the front line. During the week, strikes were delivered at formations of three mechanised brigades, one motorised infantry brigade, one mountain assault brigade, one assault brigade, one UAV battalion of the AFU, two marine brigades, and three territorial defence brigades.
Over the past week, in the Yug Group’s area of responsibility the enemy has lost more than 925 troops, two tanks, including one German-made Leopard tank, and 12 armoured fighting vehicles. 71 motor vehicles, 15 artillery guns, and eight ammunition, fuel, and materiel depots were neutralised.

During the week in this direction, the enemy losses amounted to more than 1,895 troops, five tanks, including two German-made Leopard tanks, 29 armoured fighting vehicles, 53 motor vehicles, and nine field artillery guns.
The Vostok Group’s units advanced to the depths of the enemy’s defence and liberated Zaliznichnoye in Zaporozhye region.
Two mechanised brigades, two air assault brigades, two assault brigades, seven assault regiments, and two battalions of unmanned aerial vehicles of the AFU have been hit during the week.
In total, the enemy lost more than 2,830 troops, one tank, 57 armoured fighting vehicles, 90 motor vehicles, and eight artillery guns in the area of responsibility of the Vostok Group of Forces.
Over the past week, units of the Dnepr Group of Forces inflicted losses on manpower and hardware of two mechanised brigades, one mountain assault brigade and one UAV brigade of the AFU.
The AFU losses amounted to up to 280 troops, four armoured fighting vehicles, 65 motor vehicles, nine artillery guns, eight electronic warfare stations, as well as 11 ammunition and materiel depots.
Air defence systems shot down five Flamingo long-range cruise missiles, 28 guided aerial bombs, 39 U.S.-made HIMARS MLRS projectiles, four Neptune long-range guided missiles, and 1,243 fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles.
In total, since the beginning of the special military operation the enemy has lost:
670 aircraft,
283 helicopters,
113,957 unmanned aerial vehicles,
650 anti-aircraft missile systems,
27,647 tanks and other armoured fighting vehicles,
1,664 MLRS combat vehicles,
33,257 field artillery guns and mortars,
54,266 units of support military vehicles.
