At night, in response to to the terrorist attacks launched by Ukraine against civilian facilities on the territory of Russia, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation carried out a massive strike with long-range, ground- and air-based high-precision weapons, and with strike drones against a plant manufacturing long-range unmanned aerial vehicles, as well as energy facilities used in the interests of the Ukrainian defence industry.
The goals of the strike were achieved. All the assigned targets were engaged.
As a result of the decisive actions, the Sever Group’s units completed the liberation of Staritsa in Kharkov region.
Russian troops hit units of two mechanised brigades of the AFU and one territorial defence brigade close to Volchanskiye Khutora and Okhrimovka (Kharkov region).
In Sumy region, strikes were delivered at manpower and hardware of one mechanised brigade, one assault regiment of the AFU, and one territorial defence brigade near Kislaya Dubina, Ivolzhanskoye, Sadki, and Khoten (Sumy region).
The AFU losses amounted to up to 145 troops, one armoured fighting vehicle, eight motor vehicles, and one electronic warfare station.
The Zapad Group of Forces took more advantageous lines and positions. Russian formations engaged two mechanised brigades, one air assault brigade of the AFU, one territorial defence brigade, and one national guard brigade near Vasilevka, Berezovka, Nechvolodovka, Kovalevka, Kutkovka (Kharkov region), Yarovaya, Krasny Liman, Aleksandrovka, and Ilychevka (Donetsk People’s Republic).
The enemy losses amounted to more than 180 troops, four armoured fighting vehicles, 16 motor vehicles, and one artillery gun. Five ammunition depots were destroyed.
The Yug Group of Forces improved the tactical situation along the front line. In addition, strikes were delivered at manpower and hardware of four mechanised brigades, one airmobile brigade of the AFU, one marine brigade, and one territorial defence brigade close to Lipovka, Nikiforovka, Kaleniki, Slavyansk, Kramatorsk, Minkovka, Stepanovka, and Konstantinovka (Donetsk People’s Republic).
The AFU losses amounted to up to 140 troops, seven motor vehicles, five field artillery guns, including two U.S.-made Paladin self-propelled artillery systems, one electronic warfare station, and two ammunition depots.

The enemy lost up to 355 troops, one armoured fighting vehicle, 15 motor vehicles, and three field artillery guns.
The Dnepr Group’s units inflicted losses on one mechanised brigade and one mountain assault brigade close to Orekhov, Novoyakovlevka, and Veselyanka (Zaporozhye region).
Up to 40 troops, four motor vehicles, and one electronic warfare station were neutralised.
Operational-Tactical Aviation, attack drones, missile troops, and artillery of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation have inflicted damage on the storage areas of long-range unmanned aerial vehicles and training sites of UAV operators, as well as temporary deployment areas of Ukrainian armed formations and foreign mercenaries in 157 areas.
Air defence systems shot down four U.S.-made HIMARS MLRS projectiles and 137 fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles.
In total, since the beginning of the special military operation, the enemy has lost:
670 aircraft,
283 helicopters,
110,949 unmanned aerial vehicles,
646 anti-aircraft missile systems,
27,292 tanks and other armoured fighting vehicles,
1,650 MLRS combat vehicles,
32,801 field artillery guns and mortars,
52,675 units of support military vehicles.
