Glory to Ukraine! The four hundred and eighth day of large-scale armed aggression of the russian federation against our state continues.
During the day, the enemy launched 2 rocket and 14 air strikes, launched more than 10 attacks from MLRS systems on the positions of our troops and the civilian infrastructure of populated areas.
The probability of launching missile and air strikes remains high throughout the territory of Ukraine.
The enemy continues to focus its main efforts on conducting offensive actions in the Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka and Maryinka directions – more than 40 enemy attacks were repulsed during the day.
In the Volyn, Polissiya, Siverskyi and Slobozhanskyi directions, the operational situation has not changed significantly, and no signs of formations of enemy offensive groups have been detected. In the border areas of the Kursk region, the enemy continues to engineer the terrain. During the day, the enemy shelled the settlements of Leonivka, Gremyach, Chernihiv region; Novovasylivka, Zarutske of the Sumy region, as well as the settlements of Guryiv Kozachok, Verkhnya Pysarivka, Grafske, Karaichne, Ambarne, Bologivka in the Kharkiv region.
In the direction of Kupyansk, the settlements of Topoli, Figolivka, Dvorichna, Zapadne, Krokhmalne, Gusynka, Kindrasivka in the Kharkiv region and Novoselivske in the Luhansk region came under enemy fire.
In the Lyman direction, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive actions in the area of Serebryansk Forestry and Verkhnyokamyansk. Makiivka, Nevske, Dibrova, Kuzmine, Belogorivka in the Luhansk region and Spirne and Berestov in the Donetsk region have already come under artillery shelling.
In the direction of Bakhmut, the enemy continues to conduct offensive actions, tries to take full control of the city of Bakhmut, hostilities continue. During the day, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive actions in the Bohdanivka and Ivanivsky districts. Units of the defense forces repelled about 14 enemy attacks in the specified area. Vasyukivka, Minkivka, Bakhmut, Bohdanivka, Ivanivske, Kurdyumivka, Bila Gora, Novodmytrivka, Druzhba and Diliivka of the Donetsk region were affected by enemy shelling.
On the Avdiivka and Maryinka directions, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensives in the areas of Novokalynovy, Severnoy, Pervomaisky, Maryinka, and Pobyeda. The fiercest battles on the indicated section of the front continue for Maryinka, where more than 10 enemy attacks were repulsed. At the same time, Novobakhmutivka, Avdiivka, Vodyane, Pervomaiske, Karlivka, Georgiivka, Maryinka, and Pobeda of the Donetsk region came under enemy fire.
During the day, the enemy did not conduct offensive operations in the Shakhtarsk direction. Fired at Vugledar, Kermenchyk, Novomayorske, Zolota Niva, Shakhtarske, Velika Novosilka of the Donetsk region.
In the Zaporizhzhya and Kherson directions, the enemy continues to build up defensive lines and positions in terms of fortification. He carried out shelling of populated areas. Among them are Vremivka of Donetsk region; Zatyshsha, Gulyaipole, Gulyaipolske, Biloghira and Kamianske of the Zaporizhzhia region; Havrylivka, Beryslav, Vesele, Antonivka, Berehove, Veletenske of the Kherson region, as well as Kherson.
The Russian occupiers actively continue the forced passporting of the population of the temporarily occupied territory of Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions, exerting psychological and physical pressure on people. In particular, at checkpoints, the enemy restricts the movement of Ukrainian citizens who have not received passports of the Russian Federation. The occupiers purposefully and intentionally search vehicles, record all personal data of citizens who do not have Russian documents, threaten to ban entry into the city. Also, the enemy forces the postman to hand out forms to the local population, in which it is necessary to indicate information about the presence of a Russian passport. Citizens who do not have an enemy passport are subjected to constant searches, intimidation and coercion to obtain this document. The occupiers actively threaten forced eviction from their own homes and confiscation of private property if they refuse to receive a Russian passport.
At the same time, for the same reason, the enemy threatens the parents of graduating students with the refusal of their children’s certificates of basic secondary education.
Also, the invaders are forcing to change the marriage certificate and the certificate of registration of technical means from Ukrainian to Russian samples.
Aviation of the Defense Forces per day carried out 9 strikes on areas where the occupiers were concentrated.
In addition, a Russian Su-25 attack aircraft was destroyed near Maryinka.
Units of rocket troops and artillery, in turn, destroyed the enemy’s ammunition depot.
