Glory to Ukraine! The four hundred and sixty-seventh day of large-scale armed aggression of the russian federation against our state continues.

The russian federation continues to wage a war of aggression, regardless of losses. In order to achieve its goals, it continues to use terror tactics, carries out strikes and attacks on civilian objects, in particular, residential areas.

During the day, the enemy launched rocket and 19 airstrikes, launched about 30 attacks from MLRS systems on the positions of our troops and populated areas. Unfortunately, in addition to the destroyed infrastructure, civilians suffered.

The probability of launching missile and air strikes throughout the territory of Ukraine remains high.

The enemy continues to focus its main efforts on attempts to completely occupy the Luhansk and Donetsk regions. During the day, 25 combat clashes took place.

In the Volyn and Polissiya directions, the operational situation has not changed significantly, and no signs of the formation of offensive groups have been detected. The republic of belarus continues to support russian armed aggression – training of enemy units continues on its training grounds.

The enemy continues to maintain a military presence in the areas bordering Ukraine in the Siverskyi and Slobozhanskyi directions. During the day, the enemy carried out airstrikes in the Ohirtseve and Gatishche districts of the Kharkiv region. Carried out mortar and artillery shelling of the settlements of Seredyna Buda, Baranivka, Bunyakyne, Volfine, Kindrativka, Velyka Pisarivka, Shevchenkive, Oleksandrivka of the Sumy region, as well as Basove, Sotnytskyi Kozachok, Gur’iv Kozachok, Udy, Veterinarne, Visoka Yaruga, Hlyboke, Luk’ Yantsi, Staritsa, Ohirtseve, Gatyshche, Pletenivka, Vovchansk, Mykolaivka, Nesterne, Budarky, Zarubinka, Shevyakivka, Odradne in Kharkiv region.

On the Kupyansk direction, during the day, Kolodyazne, Krasne Pershe, Novomlynsk, Kutkivka, Dvorichna, Zapadne, Kislivka, Berestov of the Kharkiv region and Novoselivske of the Luhansk region were subjected to enemy artillery and mortar fire.

On the Lyman direction, during the day, the enemy carried out unsuccessful offensive actions in the area of Belogorivka, Luhansk region. Carried out airstrikes in the Nevske districts of Luhansk and Spirne districts of Donetsk regions. Nevske, Bilogorivka of the Luhansk region and Verkhnokamianske, Torske, Spirne, Rozdolivka of the Donetsk region were hit by artillery fire.

In the direction of Bakhmut, the enemy carried out offensive actions in the direction of Ivanovsky, without success. Carried out airstrikes in the Toretsk and Bila Gora districts of the Donetsk region. Areas of settlements of Vasyukivka, Orihovo-Vasylivka, Khromov, Chasiv Yar, Ivanivske, Stupochki, Bila Gora, Diliivka and New York of the Donetsk region were affected by enemy artillery shelling.

In the Avdiivka direction, the enemy made an unsuccessful offensive attempt near Nevelsky. Carried out airstrikes in the Avdiivka area of the Donetsk region. Shelled of the settlements of Novokalynove, Avdiivka, Lastochkine, Severne, Pervomaiske, Karlivka, Nevelske of the Donetsk region.

In the Maryinka direction, our defenders repelled all 8 enemy attacks in the area of the city of Maryinka, at the same time, the enemy launched airstrikes within the settlement. Gostre, Georgiyivka, Maryinka, Pobieda, Novomykhailivka of the Donetsk region were hit by artillery fire.

On the Shakhtarske direction, the enemy launched an airstrike in the area of Velika Novosilka. Shelled the settlements of Vugledar, Prechistivka, Novoukrainka and Vremivka in the Donetsk region.

The enemy continues to conduct defensive operations in the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson directions. Launched an airstrike on Beryslav, Kherson region. Carried out artillery shelling of Burlatske, Novosilka, Zelene Pole, Novopil, Temyrivka settlements of the Donetsk region; Olgivske, Poltavka, Malinivka, Gulyaipole, Zaliznychne, Gulyaipilske, Charivne, Biloghirya, Mala Tokmachka, Novodanilivka, Preobrazhenka, Novoandriivka, Shcherbaki, Stepove and Kamianske of the Zaporizhia region; Kozatske, Mykilske, Dniprovske of the Kherson region and the city of Kherson.

Continuing the armed aggression, the russian occupying forces suffer daily losses. Only on June 3, twenty trucks of wounded occupiers were brought to the school building converted into a field hospital for the invaders in one of the settlements of the Swativ district of the Luhansk region. It is also known that about two hundred people are already undergoing treatment at the specified facility.

In the Kupyansk direction, the enemy is forced to use civilian buildings of settlements in the Kharkiv region as morgues, but without proper equipment.

During the day, the aviation of the defense forces made 18 strikes on personnel concentration areas and 2 strikes on the enemy’s anti-aircraft missile systems.

Our defenders destroyed 1 enemy reconnaissance UAV.

During the day, units of missile troops and artillery hit 2 control points, 10 areas of concentration of manpower, weapons and military equipment, an ammunition depot, an anti-aircraft missile complex and 3 enemy artillery units.

Forced displacement represents one of the most pressing humanitarian issues of our time. Individuals and families, torn from the fabric of their communities, find themselves navigating a world of uncertainty, often without basic necessities or a clear path to safety. There are currently some 110 million forced displaced, and this number is growing by 10 million each year!

At the heart of this crisis are the political triggers. Armed conflicts, ethnic or religious persecutions, and systemic human rights abuses force millions to flee their homes in terror. Many are displaced within their own national boundaries, while others seek asylum abroad. If these factors change as a result of political shifts at home or the pressures from abroad, they can return to their homes. Forced displacement is thus different from environmentally driven displacement, as victims of climate change may never be able to return to their homes.

The ramifications of any sort of displacement are profound, not just for those directly affected, but also for host communities and countries. Overburdened infrastructures, socio-economic strains, and cultural tensions can arise, necessitating comprehensive strategies to foster harmony and integration. Yet the root causes of forced displacement can be remedied with a concerted focus by local players and international diplomacy.

Organizations like Refugees International play a crucial role in this arena, advocating for the rights and needs of the displaced, conducting on-the-ground assessments, and influencing policymakers to take informed actions. Their relentless work underscores the gravity of the situation and the urgency ofinternational cooperation. But they, too, are overwhelmed by the rapid expansion of the crisis.

International Humanitarian Law (IHL), with its core principles centered on the protection of civilians during conflicts, plays a pivotal role in this discourse. Yet, despite clear legal frameworks, compliance remains
inconsistent. This initiative emphasizes the importance of upholding and reinforcing these international standards.

It’s not just about recognizing the problem; it’s about active engagement. We urge governments, organizations, and individuals to prioritize the rights and needs of the forced displaced. Through collective efforts, informed policies, and sustained advocacy, we can shift the narrative from passive acknowledgment to proactive intervention.
