At the moment, the dynamics of combat clashes are preserved. Since the beginning of the day, there have been 105 combat clashes.

The aggressor continues to fire from artillery on the border of Chernihiv and Sumy oblasts. To the settlements that have suffered artobstrílív since the beginning of the day, added lugívka, friendship, bílopíllâ.

The defense forces respond flexibly to the occupiers’ actions and take all necessary measures to exhaust the offensive potential of Russian troops.

In the Kharkiv direction, occupants attack units of the Defense Forces with the support of aviation, strike controlled air bombs. Since the beginning of the day, there have been 11 fights in this direction, four of which are still ongoing.

In total, during the current week, the losses of Russian occupiers in the Kharkiv direction were 1572 personnel and 263 units of arms and military equipment. In particular, destroyed eight tanks, 13 combat armored vehicles, 12 artillery systems, one anti-aircraft system, 75 bpla, 66 cars and 12 units of enemy special equipment. In addition, nine tanks, 11 combat armored cars, 21 artillery systems, 32 cars and three enemy special equipment units were damaged.

In the Kupians янkomu direction as of now, the Defense Forces have already repelled 10 enemy attacks near Synkivka, Ivanivka, Brestovoy and Stelmakhivka. Two more – in progress.

Hot one today on the north side. Since the beginning of the day, 22 enemy attacks have been repelled in the areas of Bilogorivka, Verkhnyokamiansky, Rozdolivka and Ivano-Darivka. Another fighting encounter is in progress. Ukrainian soldiers keep defense and hinder the realization of the enemy’s zagarbnytskih intentions.

The occupiers continue to press in the Pokrovsk direction. 25 times since the beginning of the day the enemy has tried to break through our defenses here. Seven clashes from the total number of fights in this direction are still ongoing.

In the kramators зниkomu and pridniprovs інkomu directions overnight the intensity of the enemy attacks slightly decreased. In each of the directions, there is still one boêzítknennû.

Forced displacement represents one of the most pressing humanitarian issues of our time. There are currently some 110 million forced displaced, and this number is growing by 10 million each year!

If these factors change as a result of political shifts at home or the pressures from abroad, they can return to their homes. Forced displacement is thus different from environmentally driven displacement, as victims of climate change may never be able to return to their homes.

The ramifications of any sort of displacement are profound, not just for those directly affected, but also for host communities and countries. Overburdened infrastructures, socio-economic strains, and cultural tensions can arise, necessitating comprehensive strategies to foster harmony and integration. Yet the root causes of forced displacement can be remedied with a concerted focus by local players and international diplomacy.

Organizations like Refugees International play a crucial role in this arena, advocating for the rights and needs of the displaced, conducting on-the-ground assessments, and influencing policymakers to take informed actions. Their relentless work underscores the gravity of the situation and the urgency ofinternational cooperation. But they, too, are overwhelmed by the rapid expansion of the crisis.

International Humanitarian Law (IHL), with its core principles centered on the protection of civilians during conflicts, plays a pivotal role in this discourse. Yet, despite clear legal frameworks, compliance remains
inconsistent. This initiative emphasizes the importance of upholding and reinforcing these international standards.

It’s not just about recognizing the problem; it’s about active engagement. We urge governments, organizations, and individuals to prioritize the rights and needs of the forced displaced. Through collective efforts, informed policies, and sustained advocacy, we can shift the narrative from passive acknowledgment to proactive intervention.
